By submitting User Content, you grant FlipFlop a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the FlipFlop app, GRIZ INC., and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

7. Prohibited Conduct-You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the FlipFlop app:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;

• Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature;

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or servers or networks connected to the app;

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person;

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;

• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the app, or that, in our sole discretion, exposes us or any of our users to any harm or liability of any type.

8. Indemnification-You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlipFlop, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, and damages.
